I felt very comfortable after checking them out and that made the whole process much more enjoyable. They first measured the existing windows and ordered the replacements.

They then called to set a time to put in the new vinyl windows. I had made sure that I would be home the day that they came so I could monitor the work being done. After having the windows installed I went on their website again and found the pictures from my house in their before and after jobs. Every time I get a chance to show people those pictures I get on the internet and show off the home improvements that I made.
