Onset Bay Inn

The property for sale in Spain that I really wanted to buy last year has seemed to come down in price a lot. I knew when I saw the price last spring; I could not afford to buy it. I had seen the inside, when I was there on vacation but only because my real estate agent told me that I would always wonder what the inside looked like if I did not. She knew that I had been looking at property for sale in Spain, for two years and had not found anything yet.

When I drove past this one, she drove right over to show it to me even though she knew that it was out of my price range. The same thing had happened to me with an Italian property years ago. I had inquired about the Italian property and after finding out the price, did not want to even look inside but the real estate agent insisted so I did it anyways. I fell in love with it and another couple bought it that weekend.

When the property for sale in Spain dropped in price, my agent contacted me to let me know that it was now only ten thousand dollars over my budget. I went ahead and made an offer for the highest amount that I could and surprisingly, they accepted it. I was now the proud owner of a house that I thought I could never afford.
