Moving Our Office Supplies Order To Online Company

There are only two things that my current office supply company offers for a cheaper price than what the competitors in the area charge. I only just happen to find this out when my secretary told me that she thought that the office upstairs had cheaper office supply bills then what we did. I called up and asked them who they used and they told me about an online office supplies place that had really good prices.

So, my secretary took it upon herself to find out what the online prices were and compare them to all the area office supplies places that are local also. It took her two weeks to compile everything and look it over. She came back with the conclusion that the online company was definitely cheaper than all the rest. I gave her the go ahead to switch to the online company and let the local one know that we did not need them for their office supply services anymore.

The manager called and left me three messages that afternoon and asked me why we were cancelling our orders. When I finally called him back, I told him that I had faxed him a price list over to him from the office supply company that we would be using. He looked it over and then said that he understood after seeing prices that he could not compete with.
