The day had finally come where I knew I needed to find a personal trainer and could put it off no longer. I had been making excuses for months and my weight was slowly climbing. It got so bad that I took the scale in the bathroom and hid it behind the cabinet. I did not want to look at it and keep remembering that I was truly overweight and had not done anything about it.

I got online and found a personal trainer directory that gave me the names of different personal trainers in my area. It even had names of personal trainers in the area where I have my summer house and I figured that I should probably contact one of them too, to stay on track as soon as I started a new exercise and eating plan.

I wrote down four names, on my quest to find a personal trainer. That would give me two trainers to check out here and two for the summer house. Using the personal trainer directory helped me to kill two birds with one stone and I will be all set when I decided to travel to the summer house. My day was very productive in the search for a personal trainer.
