My family was awarded a structured settlement, and now we think, that we need to have all the money now. We received half of the money two years ago and have to wait another two to get the rest. My mother and father were both injured in the accident that was the whole reason for the settlement and cannot work the forty hours a week like they used to, due to their injuries. They have tried but it is just too difficult.

I found a company that you can sell structured settlement payments to and they will give you the money now, or at least as soon as all the necessary paperwork has been filed and approved. I was reading that some states do not allow you to sell structured settlement payments, but I know that mine does. I need to help my parents get this done before someone changes the law.

We have an appointment with the same lawyer that represented us in the lawsuit for the accident and he is going to give us a list of reputable companies that can turn the structured settlement into cash. Hopefully, everything can be taken care of in the next ninety days and then my parents will not have to worry about how they will put food on the table and keep a roof over our heads anymore.
