An Awning that Needs Cleaning
My uncle owns a building with a chain of stores. The building is surrounded by beautifully hand-painted awnings. Each store put a personal touch on their stores to attract their customers. So the cleaning is also done by each store. My uncle does not have a cleaning maintenance team because it was stipulated in the contract that each store are responsible for their areas. My uncle noticed that some cleaned their areas. Some did not. My uncle is very concerned about awning cleaning because the awning helps the building to look attractive to prospective buyers and renters of spaces in the building should he decide to sell and rent it to other people in the near future.
He decided to talk to the owners about his concern. He wanted to propose a cleaning fee from the lessees and he will take care of the exterior cleanliness of the building. At first, the lessees did not like it but eventually they agreed on it.
My uncle saw this very good cleaning service company on the internet. Their services include roof cleaning and commercial pressure washing among others. The tenants of the building were very satisfied about the cleanliness of their areas. More people are visiting the stores after my cleaning took charge of the maintenance department.
