Replacing the Old Ones

I am working in an accounting firm as an IT specialist. One of my jurisdictions was to make sure that all storage systems run smoothly. One time, one of the systems broke thereby disrupting the traffic flows of files to the main storage server. We tried our best to repair the damage but because the system was too old, several parts cannot be replaced anymore as these parts were obsolete. So we came up with the idea of replacing the system with a new HP SAN system but the owner doubted that we could as the firm is now on tight budget and that buying a new system would cost too much for us.

So I search every possible site that sells cheap HP Storage systems and luckily I found this site that sells refurbished products. It was not only the cheapest site but also the best when it comes to handling out their customers. They also told me that they will deliver it in a day after I placed my order and that if any damage were found after delivering the products, they will be oblige to replace it with no additional charges at all.

When I told the owner of what I had found, he was more than happy and that he told me to go on as it could mean saving up from the cost of repairing those old systems.
